New software is now available for GO, NSS and NSO displays. With an improved Simrad Command (formerly Naviop) user experience, FLIR I.P. camera support and the launch of a new Simrad App, plus much more, simply connect your MFD to Wi-fi and you’ll be able to download the software and take advantage of these new features.

FLIR I.P. Camera Support

Exclusive to Simrad NSS evo3 and NSO evo3, the M232 pan and tilt camera can now be displayed and controlled by a MFD, allowing you to enjoy 360 degree viewing while underway.

NEW Simrad App

You can now download the new Simrad App for free and connect it to your Simrad MFD for added benefits – from device registration and manual downloads to saving waypoints and places – accessible both on and off the water. It works seamlessly from a smart phone, tablet or computer.

Simrad Command (formerly Naviop) performance improvements

For the first time ever, Simrad Command will run natively as part of the operating system on Simrad MFDs*, providing a faster and more responsive user experience. Easier to use, it can now be displayed full screen or as part of a split screen and will feature on the display’s homepage.

*GO9 and GO5 will not have this feature

Mercury Vessel View Link: Update over NMEA 2000

You can now update your Mercury Vessel View Link module via the network from a Simrad MFD. Removing the need to install an updated SD card directly into the black box, this makes upgrades painless and hassle-free.

New Instruments Application

A fresh new look to the Instruments App for Simrad GO MFDs, offering more intuitive behaviour of the page in horizontal, vertical and split screens and the visibility of multiple instruments at one time, as well as an expanded choice in the presentation of specific gauges.
